Service Description

Call Rangler provides call handling, voicemail, call routing, message capture, appointment-link delivery, and related communication tools for businesses.

SMS Program Description

The Call Rangler SMS program sends service-related text messages to users who request appointment scheduling links, service follow-up, estimate follow-up, or related customer-care information from a business using Call Rangler.

How Users Opt In

End users opt in to receive SMS messages when they call a business using Call Rangler and request an appointment link, scheduling link, service follow-up, estimate follow-up, or related customer-care information. During this interaction, the caller provides their phone number by placing the inbound call, and Call Rangler may send a one-time SMS message only to the phone number used for that call.

Messages are transactional or customer-care messages sent in response to user requests. Call Rangler does not use this SMS program for marketing, promotional blasts, cold outreach, lead generation, or recurring SMS campaigns.

Message frequency varies based on user requests and interactions with a business using Call Rangler.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that campaign unless you opt in again.
